Thomas is a highly skilled self-starter with an ability to analyse information and make decisions quickly and quantitatively. A detail person at heart,
but someone comfortable with the top-level summary and the associated uncertainties that come along with defining, planning, and executing business strategy.
Thomas studied CIMA while working in industry across a varied range of businesses gaining a vital understanding of how different businesses functions are
grown and optimised. During his time studying he started a hobby business in line with a favourite leisure pursuit, "Scuba Diving". Thomas had a dream of
earning money while being able to go diving in as many destinations free of charge. Little did he know there was a significant amount more to making this
dream a reality. Nevertheless, the dream started to become reality.
The business was able to generate revenue and build a core team that has remained in place creating the stability for growth and the subsequent acquisition
of a competitor in 2016. The initial growth allowed Thomas to remain a Director and not undertake operational work leading to an owner operator situation
which would devalue the business over the long run.
Thomas has undertaken several engagements with leading global investment institutions to implement changes across a wide range of functions from 2005 to 2017.
This has given Thomas outstanding opportunities to learn and develop in a fast-paced changing environment. This coupled with the experience of starting his
business allow him to bring great value to businesses large and small.
Thomas has always had an interest in technology, starting with coding C on an Apple PC at 9 years old and developing over the years. His detailed knowledge
of many code languages, and their inter-relationships when building global platforms and processes has been paramount to his success. Thomas has developed
complex multi layered business technology that is an integral part of his business and generates vast competitive advantage in its market.
Since Thomas finished his last major engagement in the city he has further broadened his travel enterprise creating a brand holding company
Travel Brands and adding and launching two new brands that are revenue generative.
Alongside this he has been working on a product called "Datrabatix" with a London based IT specialist. The product allows companies to
implement robotic process automation using
an embedded SaaS solution as a tool to link existing internal and external systems and automate steps using custom code.
